The list
Reads the structure of a track and edits footage to it. Beat-cut, duotone grade, vertical output.
A 9:16 beat-cut instrument. Drop in a track, point it at real filmed footage, and get a duotone-graded, beat-synced vertical piece back. The image is shot macro material (ink, ferrofluid, crystal, smoke), not a 3D render. Built one file at a time by a solo founder.
organic AV is a cutter, not a generator. It reads a track's structure, then edits real footage to it: beat-cut, graded to a single muted duotone, cut as a vertical 9:16 piece for phones first. The engine is a studio workbench where a clip becomes a shot, a shot gets a treatment, and a treatment lands on the beat.

Real macro footage, one hue, value doing the work. No glow, no bloom, no video-game render.
A shot earns its length. The busier grid is not the livelier picture: a premise, not a look.
Music video has been owned by big production budgets and 3D gloss. Most tools make images; organic AV makes decisions. It is built the way a working artist builds: in service of the song, judged by ear and by the frame, not by a spec sheet.
Jack Alexander is a software builder and DJ in Adelaide, Australia. Twelve years reading rooms, a decade of turning them into records. He ships organic AV solo, using Claude Code as his pair of blind hands: no venture funding, no team, no office. One person, an idea, and a model that removes the ceiling.
